The restoration of 10 Pender Road addressed extensive water and termite damage, structural instability, and material degradation. Guided by the 3R Principle—Retention, Restoration, and Repair—the project preserved key architectural features and historical integrity. Collaborating with specialists, the team ensured the adaptive reuse of this heritage site as a functioning church.
