The project establishes a layered relationship between form, landscape and multi-generational co-habitation.

Gardens, sun-shading elements and screens form a protective envelope that provides privacy while admitting light and greenery. Internally, the house’s vertical organisation creates visual connections across several levels, allowing the different family households to remain distinct yet connected.

The project demonstrates considerable spatial ambition and a thoughtful response to environmental comfort within a dense residential setting.
