What started out as an exercise to introduce interns and fresh graduates to Le Corbusier’s Houses in Rene’s office has evolved into an impactful education medium, that allows the master architect’s residential projects to be more accessible to both architectural students and the public. The jury was impressed by the design philosophy of the travelling exhibition, from the sustainable materials, ease of assembly and transportation, simple setting-up process to the display flexibility. The clever, frugal and lightweight packaging, complete with collapsible display platforms were remarkably sturdy and persists even after travelling to 17 destinations around the world.
