Amidst stringent requirements for public housing, the Jury commends SkyParc@Dawson for its efforts at being able to synergize landscape and views on multiple levels through thoughtful layered composition. The façade treatment is restrained and focused, allowing differentiated stack heights and roof terraces which resulted to foreground open green spaces. This melding of built green areas complemented the larger eco-corridor at Margaret Drive, stitching the development back to site through landscape.
