The Jury is impressed with the designer’s intention to bridge the aspirations of both the founding and newer generations of leaders within the company through design. A timeless grandiose aesthetics is used to enhance the visitors’ approach to the lift lobby at the first storey. Pristine white marble with metal accents and a confetti-like installation were used to moderate the tall volume and create a memorable entry. The 8th, 9th and 10th storeys house communal meeting and shared facilities. Here, there is a careful balance of café style hospitality areas with corporate meeting spaces. There is a decidedly younger energy here with open and friendly spaces. Corporate image is also considered while making design decisions. The design is skillfully executed within a difficult and narrow office tower footprint.
