About the brand
Founded in 2008, FranzWood Associates/ FranzWood ASA Pte Ltd have offices in both Singapore and Myanmar. Started out as a civil and structural engineering company and with passion for conserved structures, we ventured into conservation in 2011 with a project in Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall. Since then, our conservation portfolio has steadily expanded with the completion of St Joseph Church (Victoria Street) and the upcoming Former Tanjong Pagar Railway Station.
In addition to the engineering and conservation services, FranzWood provides tailored project management service that assist our clients in establishing their options, defining their project needs and managing project delivery.
Franzwood also specialises in building diagnostics (non-destructive) testing in built structures. We are able to carry out tests such as ground penetration radar, ultrasonic tomography, microwave tomography, infrared thermography, digital scanning, photogrammetry etc.
