The centre will provide a space for cultural programmes, education, and community life, extending RKM’s long tradition of creating meaningful places of gathering and service. With a GFA of approximately 2,000m², the project is both a commemoration of the Mission’s first 100 years in Singapore and a forward-looking platform for its aspirations in the next century.
Surrounded by three conserved buildings that have long hosted cultural performances and community programmes, the new VCC will embody RKM’s legacy of holistic education, cultural enrichment and service beyond the Indian diaspora.
Submissions will open on 10 November 2025 and will close on 09 January 2025, 23:59. Late submissions will not be accepted.
