In the normal day, the Advantix bath drain R120 comes with a water seal to prevent odour entering the bathroom. The Advantix pipe lead-in can be connected to a Viega shower channel with this feature.

Both Advantix bath drain R120 and Pipe lead-in R120 can be installed in floors at least 150mm thick (including bonded screed / floor installation panels, etc) through drill holes.
The product is designed to handled residential wastewater with pH higher than 4 and less than 10. It is able to handle short term high temperature of 95°C but temperature should be lower in constant operation.

Its mortar anchors of the fire protection sleeve firmly secure the floor drain in place, creating a closure to prevent further spread.
The product is easy to install without any tools for mounting. It complies with all requirements for fire protection and offers a high degree of safety by reducing damages to property and assists to provide more time to escape.
